SHIPPING / DELIVERY
All Stillesol studios orders are shipped with DAO - and will be delivered within 1-3 days.
Please note that all made-to-order garments has a longer delevery time of approx. 1-2 weeks.
The order will be shipped to your delivery address, unless you redirect the order upon receiving your tracking information from DAO
Tracking number is provided when the order is ready to be shipped, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.
We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days.
Delays may be experienced during peak periods and public holidays.
The following shipping charges will be added to your order:
- Denmark: 45 kr
RETURNS
If you change your mind about an item, we accept returned items in new and unused condition for an exchange of size/style or a full refund.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us by email and send your return back.
Please notice, until we have received your return, you have the responsibility of the parcel, and we recommend using traceable shipping. Shipping cost is covered by you.
Returns that have been used or damaged cannot be accepted and will be sent back at your own expense.
How to return online orders
- Please contact stillesolstudios@gmail.com and let us know, whether you wish to return for a different size/style or want a refund.
- Once confirmed by us, please secure the return in the original packaging with your name and order number.
- We will send you a return label of 45kr. that will be deducted your final refund.
- Once we receive your parcel, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Exchanged items will be shipped out within 24-72 hours to your initial address. For refunds, please expect 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund back to your original form of payment
- When your return has been exchanged or refunded, you will receive an e-mail from us
