Shipping
We are based in Copenhagen and ship to Europe from here.

Ready-to-ship orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days after being placed.

Made-to-order orders are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks after being placed.

Individual items might carry a longer lead time for delivery as stated in the product description, approx 4-6 weeks.

Shipping within Denmark will usually take 1-3 business days. International orders usually take 3-7 business days. Please expect longer delivery on holidays and peak periods.

At check-out, we add the lowest shipping charge specific to your country. In Denmark, we use DAO. For international shipments we use GLS and DHL Express. All orders will be sent to your shipping address. 

Please note that if you are shopping from a non-EU country, local import charges may occur depending on your region or country. 

We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages, or if your shipment is delayed. If the package or its content is damaged upon arrival, please report this to Stillesol Studios within a reasonable period and no later than 72 hours after delivery. 

Orders that are not picked up and sent back to us will be deducted the return shipping from the final refund.

Returns
For online orders, we accept items in new and unused condition for an exchange of size/style or a full refund. You have 14 days from receiving your order (or when the parcel has arrived at your local post office) to notify us by email and send your return back directly to us. We do not pick up parcels at the post office. 

Please notice, until we have received your return, you have the responsibility of the parcel, and we recommend using traceable shipping. Shipping cost is covered by you.

How to return online orders

1. Please contact info@stillesolstudios.com and let us know, whether you wish to return for a different size/style or want a refund
2. Once confirmed by us, please secure the return in the original packaging with your name and order number
3. For Danish clients, we will send you a return label/code of 49kr. that will be deducted your final refund. For International clients, please send your parcel directly to the following address: Stillesol studios, Asger Rygs gade 10, st. tv. 1727 København V, Denmark. We are not able to pick up any parcels from the post office
4. Once we receive your parcel, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed. Exchanged items will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks depending on which garment that has been exchanged, to your initial address.
5. For refunds, please expect 5-10 business days for your bank to issue the refund back to your original form of payment
6. When your return has been exchanged or refunded, you will receive an e-mail from us.
